Labotemp High-Temperature Large-Capacity Corundum Tube Furnace FMT-12 is a precision laboratory tube furnace designed for advanced thermal processing up to 1400°C (working ≤1300°C). It features a ∮80 mm corundum tube, 440 mm single heating zone and 1200 mm total tube length, making it ideal for large sample applications. Powered by SiC heating rods with PID automatic control and 30-segment programmable time–temperature curves, it delivers ±1°C accuracy and ±5°C uniformity. 

Manufactured by a professional furnace manufacturer and supplied through authorised furnace suppliers, the FMT-12 tubular furnace is ideal for material synthesis, annealing, sintering, semiconductor processing, powder metallurgy, nanomaterial preparation and thermal stability testing. The horizontal tubular furnace design supports controlled-atmosphere and vacuum tube furnace configurations with optional touchscreen and PC software, making it a reliable lab furnace and high-temperature tube furnace for research and industrial applications.
