Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment (100% of the invoice total) is required at the time of purchase before the order is released for production or dispatch. Made-to-order, custom-configured, or high-capacity units may require additional production time, which will be confirmed in your order acknowledgement. Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
International buyers are responsible for confirming that the equipment meets all electrical, regulatory, and import requirements in the destination country before placing the order. Labotemp will supply commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other documents required for customs clearance.
Requests for a return, refund, or replacement may be submitted only in cases where the product received is damaged. Return requests must be raised immediately upon receipt of the product. Customers are advised to inspect all goods thoroughly at the time of delivery and report any damage without delay. Requests submitted after this window, or for reasons other than damage, cannot be accepted, except where coverage is provided under the Warranty section below.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and accepted. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days from the date of inspection for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider. Freight, insurance, and customs charges are non-refundable.
Labotemp Systems LLC warrants that all products sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery, unless a different warranty term is stated on the product page or invoice. Extended warranty coverage may be purchased at the time of order.
