The unit supports a sterilization temperature range of 116°C to 134°C with a rated working temperature of 134°C and design temperature of 139°C, ensuring reliable thermal stability during demanding sterilization processes. Operating at a rated working pressure of 0.22 MPa, it is suitable for processing wrapped instruments, dressing materials, laboratory glassware, and research equipment requiring consistent steam exposure.
The system features a microcomputer automatic controller with digital display and touch buttons for accurate parameter configuration. Its hand wheel quick opening structure combined with a self expanding seal ensures secure chamber closure. Automatic cold air discharge and automatic steam exhaust enhance drying efficiency at the end of each cycle. The integrated safety interlocking device, over pressure self discharge, low water level cutoff, and anti dry heating protection provide stable and secure operation.
