Labotemp Nanodrop Spectrophotometer NSP-01 is a micro-volume spectrophotometer designed for rapid and accurate quantification of nucleic acids, proteins and other biomolecules in modern laboratories. The system requires only 0.5–2 µl sample volume, enabling direct measurement without dilution while preserving valuable samples. With a 190–900 nm wavelength range and 1 nm wavelength accuracy, it delivers reliable absorbance measurements for DNA, RNA and protein analysis. The advanced optical system with automatic path length switching (0.02–1 mm) ensures precise detection across both high and low concentration samples.

The instrument integrates a 2048-unit CMOS linear array detector and xenon flash lamp to provide stable measurements with testing completed in less than 5 seconds. It also supports OD600 detection for monitoring bacterial and yeast cell growth. The durable stainless steel and quartz sample pedestal allows easy cleaning and long-term reliability. Its compact design makes it suitable for molecular biology research, biotechnology laboratories, clinical diagnostics and pharmaceutical testing.
