The unit operates using a controlled combination of formaldehyde solution, steam, and distilled water, allowing reliable sterilization at 60°C and 76°C. This makes it suitable for delicate devices that cannot tolerate conventional high-temperature steam sterilization.

The system features a large sterilization chamber with up to 150 L total capacity and about 120 L effective volume, providing sufficient space for instruments and medical devices. The autoclave integrates PID temperature control, automatic formaldehyde dosing, vacuum pump technology, and rapid evaporation to enhance sterilization efficiency and penetration.
