Labotemp Formaldehyde Autoclave FHA-01 is a low-temperature sterilization system designed for heat-sensitive medical instruments and equipment that may not tolerate conventional high-temperature steam sterilization. It uses a controlled formaldehyde-based sterilization process with 2% formaldehyde, 3% alcohol and 95% distilled water, operating at selectable temperatures of 60°C and 76°C. With a total chamber volume of at least 150 L and an effective volume of at least 120 L, it provides practical batch capacity for operating rooms, supply rooms, endoscopy rooms and other medical treatment areas.
The system combines automated dosing, a rapid formaldehyde evaporation system, PID-based temperature control and negative-pressure operation to support controlled and consistent sterilization. Automatic cleaning and drying help reduce formaldehyde residue after processing, while a Siemens PLC, industrial touch interface, pressure and temperature sensors, automatic monitoring and power-off memory simplify operation and process management. Built-in safety functions include door interlocking, over-temperature, over-voltage, under-voltage and door-failure protection. Sterilization records can be printed and stored for traceability, with the system supporting storage of at least 15,000 sterilization records.
