Unlike conventional microwave digesters, the LMD-102 features a fully automated high-pressure reaction chamber with pre-pressurization capability, ensuring uniform digestion conditions across all samples while improving digestion completeness and analytical accuracy. Operating at temperatures up to 300°C and pressures up to 200 bar, the system delivers reliable sample preparation for ICP-MS, ICP-OES, AAS, and other elemental analysis workflows.

Built for long-term laboratory performance, the LMD-102 incorporates a Siemens PLC control platform with a large color touchscreen for real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, power, and digestion status. The intelligent control architecture supports automated chamber sealing, pressure balancing, pressure relief, and acid gas exhaust management to maximize operator safety. A corrosion-resistant PTFE/PFA-lined fluid path, precision platinum temperature sensing, rapid cooling system, and automated digestion programs ensure stable operation and repeatable results.
