Labotemp Vertical Autoclave VEA-05 is a 75 L laboratory steam sterilizer designed for reliable sterilization of laboratory instruments, glassware, dressings, utensils, culture media and other heat- and moisture-resistant materials. It provides a sterilization temperature range of 116–134°C, with a rated working temperature of 134°C and rated working pressure of 0.22 MPa. Automatic water intake, a built-in evaporator, programmable sterilization and drying functions support consistent and efficient laboratory workflows, making it suitable for repeated sterilization cycles in demanding laboratory environments.
The autoclave combines microcomputer-controlled operation with a touchscreen interface, adjustable sterilization parameters and automatic discharge of cold air and steam after sterilization. Safety functions include over-temperature, over-pressure, low-water-level and anti-dry-heating protection, along with a safety interlock that prevents the chamber from being opened while pressure is present.
