It has a 36 L chamber (300×400×300 mm), 1700°C max and 1600°C working range. Supports vacuum heat treatment, vacuum annealing, high-temp sintering and controlled-atmosphere processing for ceramics, alloys, composites and powder metallurgy.
MoSi₂ rod heaters provide rapid response, high efficiency, uniform heating and long life. Pre-vacuum and inert-gas capability reduce oxidation.
