Labotemp Vacuum Furnace FVA-04 is a high-performance laboratory vacuum furnace engineered for precision thermal processing in research and industrial environments. Featuring an 18 L chamber and rated to 1200°C, this pre-vacuum supports vacuum annealing, sintering, curing and controlled heat treatment while reducing oxidation. HRE resistance wire heating elements ensure even heating and long operating life. The spacious 250×300×250 mm chamber accommodates larger samples. The system runs on 220V with efficient 6 kW heating for fast response and reliable continuous operation. Vacuum and inert-gas compatibility enable low-oxygen processing for powder metallurgy, ceramics, electronics and composite material development.
