Designed as an advanced vertical autoclave, it features a 60 L sterilization chamber, manual top opening structure with a safety locking system, built in condenser and water collection tank, and an axial flow cooling fan for faster cooling after sterilization.
The VEA 12 features a 7 inch true color LCD touchscreen, 10 standard programs and 200 custom programs, automatic scheduled start, and storage for up to 20,000 sterilization process records with USB data export. Its operating modes include solid, liquid, agar melting, culture medium sterilization and dissolution, and waste sterilization. Built in safety functions include door interlock protection, pressure protection, water level monitoring, over temperature protection, sensor fault detection, and leakage protection.
