Labotemp High-Temperature Corundum Tube Furnace FMT-16 is a precision laboratory tube furnace rated to 1700°C (working ≤1550°C). It features a ∮80 mm corundum tube, 350 mm heating zone, 1200 mm total tube length and an 80×350 mm chamber. MoSi₂ heating rods, B-type thermocouple, PID control and 30-segment time–temperature programming deliver ±1°C accuracy and ±5°C uniformity with 0–20°C/min ramp.
Manufactured by an experienced furnace manufacturer and supplied via authorised furnace suppliers, FMT-16 suits high-temperature material synthesis, sintering, annealing, calcination, crystal growth, powder metallurgy, ceramic processing and semiconductor diffusion. The horizontal tubular design supports controlled-atmosphere and vacuum tube-furnace configurations; optional touchscreen, PC software and safety accessories are available.
