Labotemp Biochemical Incubator BCI-04 is a large-capacity double-door culture incubator engineered for stable temperature-controlled cultivation and testing across environmental monitoring, pharmaceutical research, agriculture, and industrial quality control environments. With a 1680-litre chamber and temperature adjustment range of 0–80°C, it delivers automatic cold and heat regulation with forced-air convection for fast temperature response, ±0.5°C fluctuation, ±1°C uniformity, and 0.1°C display resolution. The SUS304 mirror-polished interior, quick-release shelves (7 standard, up to 16 maximum), and 25 mm test port simplify loading, sampling, and multi-batch cultivation workflows.

The double-door design with tempered glass viewing windows allows direct observation of chamber contents without disturbing internal conditions. Equipped with a microcomputer LCD controller with temperature calibration, programmable timer (1–9,999 min), interior lighting, power socket, and RS485 communication interface, the BCI-08 supports reproducible incubation, BOD measurement, bacterial and fungal culture, and microorganism preservation at scale.
