With a 12 L chamber (200×300×200 mm) and 1400°C max (1350°C working), it supports vacuum heat treatment, vacuum annealing, vacuum brazing, sintering and controlled-atmosphere processes for ceramics, metals, and powder metallurgy. 

SiC rod heating elements provide rapid heat-up, uniform temperature and long service life. Shimaden S-type controller with S thermocouple ensures precise, repeatable control. Supports vacuum and inert-gas operation via pump system; water-cooling enhances safety.
