Description:

Labotemp Muffle Furnace FMU-09 is an ISO & CE-certified high-temperature electric muffle furnace engineered for laboratory and industrial use up to 1600°C (1500°C continuous). The large 20 L lab muffle furnace pairs a polycrystalline mullite fiber chamber and alumina insulation with a cold-rolled steel shell and powerful MoSi₂ rod heating (12 kW) to deliver rapid rise times (<40 min), uniform temperature and long service life. A 7″ touchscreen programmable PID controller with S-type sensor provides 1°C resolution and ±1°C accuracy for repeatable thermal cycles.

As a high-efficiency furnace and high-temperature laboratory furnace, FMU-09 is ideal for ceramic sintering, metallurgy, crystal growth, annealing, ashing, thermal analysis and material testing in universities, research institutes and industrial R&D.
