Labotemp Press & Porcelain Furnace FDP-05 is a high-temperature dental furnace designed for porcelain firing, glass-ceramic processing, and 100 g/200 g pressing applications. With a maximum temperature of 1200°C, adjustable firing temperatures from 500–1150°C, and heating rates of 2–120°C/min, it provides controlled thermal processing for dental ceramic workflows. Its 57 programmable firing programs include editable and preset programs for pressing, common porcelain powders, and glass-ceramic materials. The Φ116 × 130 mm chamber and capacity of up to 70 units support efficient batch processing for dental laboratories.
The FDP-05 combines precise temperature regulation with programmable vacuum-assisted firing, offering vacuum values up to 99 KPa and a maximum working vacuum of -98 KPa. A 14-bit AD temperature control system, industrial-grade anti-knock touchscreen, real-time firing-curve monitoring, and mobile/IoT intelligent fault detection support convenient and repeatable operation. The system also provides programmable drying, preheating, firing, cooling, and vacuum times, while its 1.5 KVA±10% power consumption supports efficient laboratory operation. With a durable industrial design and included vacuum pump, platform, firing trays, silicon tube, and support pins, it provides a practical solution for demanding dental ceramic processing.
